David Robinson, P.Eng.

North Bay Chapter

David Robinson, P.Eng., has served PEO's North Bay Chapter for more than 30 years, chairing the chapter since 2001. In 1971, Robinson and a colleague spearheaded the chapter's first Professional Engineers Day conference, which has since become an annual tradition aimed at raising awareness of PEO and professional engineers in the North Bay area, in Ontario and nationwide. He's been involved in programs that promote science and engineering to schools, including career days, the North Bay Regional Science Fair and bridge-building contests. Robinson's legacy also includes "The Calling", a limited edition photo montage of historical engineering activities in a North Bay setting that the North Bay Chapter worked on as their Millennium project.
