Director Human Resources

As the director of PEO’s people experience, this role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting organization effectiveness through the delivery of HR programs, and providing advice to protect the organization on human capital risks. PEO has approximately 110 staff.

Controller

PEO has an immediate opening for a Controller. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to help drive change at PEO by evolving the finance function to a more strategic business partner, providing meaningful data to aid decision-making across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for leading a team of 12 with responsibility for the co-ordination of all financial management, control, reporting, and procurement functions for PEO and will act as custodian of its investments and assets.

Director External Relations

The newly created role of Director External Relations (DER) resides within the Policy & Governance Division and has been created to enhance PEO’s strategic capabilities. Engaged with both internal staff and key external stakeholders, the DER is the conduit of information and developments within the engineering, socio-economic and political landscape which inform policy and strategy and ultimately impact regulation.

Director Licensing

The new role of Director Licensing has been created to lead a multi-year transformation of PEO’s licensing processes and practices, intended to consolidate, streamline, and evolve its admissions, assessment and registration functions ensuring they are technology-enabled, secure, defensible, and efficient.

Policy Analyst

PEO has an immediate opening for a Policy Analyst. This position supports internal processes and provides research and policy analysis for evidence-based development of regulatory policies by staff and volunteer committees and task groups.
