Tom Granat is a professional engineer based in Ontario with over a decade of experience in infrastructure, energy and capital project delivery across municipal, commercial and regulated sectors. Licensed as a professional engineer in Ontario, Alberta and the US, Granat also has MIT (US) and Six Sigma certificates.

Throughout his career, Granat has worked across engineering consulting, manufacturing, public sector and infrastructure environments, including experience in defense and consumer industries. His professional focus includes engineering optimization, program delivery and the performance improvement of complex systems.

Granat has led and contributed to a wide range of initiatives, including facility modernization, mechanical system design and energy efficiency programs. Granat also led and wrote technical standards and guidelines. He is experienced in technical analysis, project coordination and working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and public-sector stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to his technical background, Granat is recognized for his structured approach to problem solving, commitment to continuous improvement and ability to align engineering solutions with organizational objectives.
