Joe Zenobio

Joe is an accomplished chief executive and experienced board director with a strong record of building and transforming complex, multi-stakeholder organizations across the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and the United States. Joe currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Call2Recycle Canada, the country’s leading battery collection and recycling organization. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Plug’n Drive, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to accelerating electric vehicle adoption across Canada. 

Over more than two decades of executive leadership, Joe has held senior roles across standards, technology-enabled supply chains, environmental stewardship, broadcasting, professional services, and consumer loyalty. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. He was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal by the Honourable Edith Dumont, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, in recognition of his contributions to environmental stewardship and youth education.
