Catherine Karakatsanis has responsibility for and overseas the Buildings, Technology and Energy Global Business Unit at Morrison Hershfield. Her team, which includes four Vice Presidents of business units, provides multidisciplinary engineering services through our offices across Canada and the US. Catherine provides overall guidance to the team, aligns operations to the corporate vision, and engages team members in a manner that leverages their collective strengths. She leads with direction and purpose while encouraging others to take ownership and be accountable for results. Catherine is a strong advocate for her team and the entire organization which enhances culture and sets a professional tone within the organization.

Catherine's passion for championing improvements within the profession and the community is evidenced through her dedication to the development and enrichment of the engineering profession.
