Manager of Design & Construction, City of Richmond Hill

Mohammad has over 25 years of experience in municipal infrastructure delivery across the GTA, with roles spanning engineering, project management, and leadership. He currently serves as Manager of Design & Construction at the City of Richmond Hill, overseeing multidisciplinary teams delivering complex infrastructure projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and community impact.
