Welcome to the Algoma engineering community

Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is Ontario’s engineering regulator. With more than 340 local members (engineers, engineering interns (EITs), students and licence applicants), the PEO Algoma Chapter supports our regulatory mandate to serve and protect the public by promoting engineering and STEM education and careers at area schools, mentoring new engineers and licence applicants, and providing engineering networking and professional development opportunities.

Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is the licensing and regulating body for professional
engineering in Ontario. Chapters are PEO’s local connection with professional engineers and
aspiring engineers across Ontario. They perform a range of functions, including encouraging
students to pursue a career in engineering.

Value: $1,500

Quantity: 36 scholarships
