PEO York Chapter - 2026 Annual Chapter BBQ

Dear PEO York Chapter Members and Volunteers,

The PEO York Chapter Executive Board is pleased to invite you to our 2026 Annual Chapter BBQ. Join us for a fun-filled summer afternoon of delicious food, cold beverages, and multiple opportunities to network with your fellow engineers, EITs, engineering license applicants, and their family members and friends.

Each ticket includes a catered BBQ meal with your choice of two BBQ items (beef burger, Italian sausage, chicken breast, jumbo hotdog, or veggie burger) + salads + a beverage + ice cream for dessert + snacks. Please indicate your meal selections during registration to help us prepare. 

Agenda:

11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Registration & Lunch Ticket Pick-up
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Catered BBQ Lunch (served only within this time)
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Networking, Board Remarks, Giveaways, and Family Activities

The event is open to PEO York Chapter members, volunteers, EITs, and their families. Enjoy great food, music, face painting for children, games and exciting prizes throughout the afternoon. 

Important Notes:

Registration is required for all attendees. Due to our catering requirements, registration cannot be accepted after online registration closes. The event is open to our members, their families, and friends. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot.
