PEO York Chapter - 2025 Annual Chapter BBQ

To our esteemed PEO York Chapter Volunteers and Members,

The PEO York Chapter Executive team is honored to invite our valued volunteers and members to our annual BBQ on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Please join us and let’s enjoy the summer together along with hot off the grill BBQ, cold beverages, and multiple opportunities to network with your fellow engineers and EITs and their family members.

Each ticket includes a catered BBQ meal (Choose 2 of beef burger, Italian sausage, chicken breast, steak sandwich, or veggie burger) + Choice of 2 salads + one beverage + one snacks. Please provide your choice in the eventbrite form to help us gauge numbers.

The event is open to our members and their immediate family. There is a limited number of tickets available so please register early to avoid disappointment. There will be a face painter and lots of great music with prizes to be won.

Event Breakdown:

11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Sign in / Lunch Tickets provided to registered attendees (please arrive within this time frame)
12:00 pm   - 1:30 pm: Catered BBQ Lunch is served only within this time frame
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Networrking, giveaways, remarks by York Chapter Board, activities continues

Important Notes:

Registeration is mandatory for all attendees of the BBQ. Due to our catering limitations, no registration will be accepted after online registration is closed.
