Speaker

Biman Paudel, MASc., MBA, RMI/RMO, P.Eng.

Biman Paudel is a senior utilities and infrastructure professional with more than 25 years of experience in the planning, development, design, implementation, operations, and management of water and wastewater systems.

Currently serving as a Manager of Water and Wastewater Operations within an Ontario municipality, his experience spans university research, engineering, asset management, risk management, and organizational change initiatives across Canada and internationally.

In addition to being a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Biman is also a MECP Certified Water and Wastewater Operator and a Certified Risk Management Official and Inspector. He leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for regulatory compliance and the delivery of complex municipal water and wastewater services.
