The Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) Simcoe–Muskoka Chapter is pleased to offer an exclusive plant tour at Pursuit Aerospace's Orillia Facility.
This tour offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into advanced aerospace manufacturing and engineering practices. Participants will engage with industry experts and explore the full lifecycle of engineering operations—from design to production and quality validation.

🕣 Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Pursuit Aerospace - 20 Progressive Dr. Orillia, ON L3V 6H1
The visit will include:
- Overview of engineering design processes (CAD tools such as SolidWorks and related platforms)
- Deep dive into manufacturing processes, including machining, automation, and tolerance control
- Review of quality assurance systems, including CMM, 3D scanning, and validation methods
- Overview of certifications (ISO and others) and compliance standards
- Guided plant floor tour connecting theory with real-world operations
- Q&A session with engineering and operations leaders

- Capacity is limited to 25 participants
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis

- Mandatory PPE: CSA-approved safety boots are required
- No photography is permitted inside the facility
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in
- Attendees must comply with all safety requirements communicated prior to the event
