Speakers:

Jane Mustac, P.Eng.
Jane is the Manager of Practice Advisory Services at Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), where she leads professional practice, ethics, and regulatory compliance initiatives. With extensive experience in consulting, manufacturing, and municipal engineering, she brings a practical, experience-based perspective to engineering leadership, professional responsibility, and public protection.

Simrit Sidhu
Simrit is the Engineering Practice Advisory Lead at PEO, serving as a key resource for professional practice, ethics, and regulatory compliance. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and brings a multidisciplinary background across biomedical, manufacturing, and field engineering. She is also an advocate for professional development and has led initiatives supporting women in engineering and operations.
