Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a collaborative model that unites owners, designers, and contractors under shared goals. It promotes early involvement, transparency, and shared risk/reward to improve outcomes. The approach reduces conflicts and enhances coordination, often supported by tools like BIM.
IPD is well suited for complex infrastructure projects with tight cost and schedule constraints. Overall, it drives efficiency, innovation, and stronger team alignment in modern contracts.
