About
Message from the Chapter Chair
It’s an honour to serve as Chair of the PEO Kingsway Chapter, where we are fortunate to have a community of engineers who lead with purpose, integrity, and curiosity. Our chapter brings together professionals from diverse disciplines who share a commitment to technical excellence and ethical practice. Beyond licensing and regulation, we believe in creating opportunities for learning, connection, and service, both within the profession and in the communities we impact. Over the past year, we’ve focused on offering programming that reflects the evolving role of engineers, from technical tours and industry panels to student outreach and mentorship.
What makes this chapter truly special is the sense of belonging and shared purpose that our members bring to every event and conversation. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, one that values professionalism but never loses sight of people. Whether you’re a long-time member or newly licensed, I encourage you to engage with us, share your voice, and take part in what we’re building together. Thank you for being part of this journey, and for everything you contribute to the Kingsway Chapter.
Sincerely,
Mohamed (Gazia) AbuGazia, Ph.D., P.Eng
