From Self‑Doubt to Self‑Advocacy: Rewriting the Internal Script

Join the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Renewable Energy, and the PEO East Toronto Chapter for a dynamic and reflective coffee chat focused on transforming the internal narratives that shape our confidence, our decisions, and our careers. Together, we’ll explore how self‑doubt forms, why it shows up, and how we can intentionally rewrite our internal script to advocate for ourselves with clarity and confidence.

Together we can have conversations around:

  • Understanding internal narratives - where self‑doubt comes from and how it shows up in our day‑to‑day work
  • Building self‑advocacy skills - practical approaches to speaking up for your ideas, needs, and career goals
  • Developing confidence habits - small, sustainable actions that strengthen your voice over time
  • Finding community support - connecting with others who share similar experiences and aspirations

Whether you’re navigating early career steps, preparing for new opportunities, or simply looking to better understand your own internal dialogue, this session offers a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and grow.
