Tech Talk Time – Talk #5

After a very successful series of four talks last winter and spring, the Technical Programs Committee welcomes all Members (PEO and OACETT) to join them for this fifth presentation in their continued series of technical talks, provided by various speakers in numerous areas of science, technology and engineering.  This talk will be focused on the updated legislation for excess soils on Ontario construction projects.  Our guest speaker (Tiffany Hooley, B.Sc. (Env)) will describe the new legislation being implemented, related to facilitating more beneficial reuse of soil, reducing illegal dumping, and how it will influence projects going forward.  The key details for the talk include the following points:

Date: Thursday, November 27, 2025 (previously postponed from October 2, 2025)
