The Belonging Effect: Small Actions, Big Culture Shift

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Virtual Event

Speaker: Kim Conti-Goldner (she/her), Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Program Specialist, Professional Engineers of Ontario

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) isn’t just a checkbox – it’s about whether engineering will thrive or get lost in progress. This session invites you to question assumptions, tackle resistance, and see how EDI strengthens teams, and sparks innovation. Whether you’re supportive, skeptical, or still unsure, you’ll gain practical ways to create belonging and help secure the future of engineering in Ontario. It starts with you – let’s build it together.

Attendance is limited to 200. This event will only be ‘virtual’. The ‘Zoom’ login details will be emailed only to those who registered to attend this event virtually. 'Live Transcripting (Close Captioning)' will be available to all attendees.

Registration closes midnight on Friday, October 17, 2025.
