Annual BBQ- Family Event
WHEN: July 19, 2025 - Saturday at 11:00AM - 3:00PM

REGISTRATION:
Maximum guests for registration per member are four (4). If you have more than 4 family members, contact the Chapter at [email protected] for further details.
Event will be at Picnic Area 'A' - The parking lot at Lawson Rd can be used as it is closest.
The annual BBQ is a family event and a fun day to socialize with the families of Chapter members.
There will be several games for the children and adults with prizes.
FOOD CHOICES:
- Combo # 1 - Chicken (Halal) Burger with Salad
- Combo # 2 - Vegi Burger with Salad
- Combo # 3 - Beef Burger with Salad
- Combo # 4 - Hot Dog with Salad
The food choice will be made at the time of registration.
COST: $11.98 per person (free for children under 3 years old) - Partially sponsored by PEO Scarborough Chapter.
Registration will be closed when the total number of participants registered reaches 80. Please register early. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis.
In case, you can’t attend, please let us know one week before the event (by July 12). After this deadline, no refunds will be provided.
