Volunteers Needed

It will be taking place on Friday, January 16 (5:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and Saturday, January 17 (8:30 AM to 3:30pm) at Boreal French Immersion (232 Northern Ave E).
We need support in the following areas: Refereeing assistance, Judging, Field Reset, General event support and Marshalling. There are opportunities for both students and adults.
Schedule Overview
Friday
· Doors Open: 5:00 PM
· Doors Close: 8:00 PM
· Volunteer Expectations: Be available for approximately 1.5 hours during the evening.
· Training: Opportunities will be provided for new volunteers.
· Refreshments: Pizza will be provided.
Saturday
· Doors Open: 7:30 AM
· Matches Start: 9:00 AM
· Lunch Break: Around 12:00 PM
· Event End: Mid- to late-afternoon (3:30pm).
· Volunteer Arrival: Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM.
· Refreshments: Coffee and muffins will be available in the morning, and wraps will be provided for lunch.
