Invitation to ADSB Robotics Competition – December 12–13 at Boreal

Good Day,

I wanted to share an update on our robotics season and invite you to see the impact of your support in action. Our high school robotics competition will be taking place at : Boreal French Immersion Public School (232 Northern Avenue East) on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13.

Main

 competition day:

Saturday,

 December 13 - 9:00 AM to ~3:00 PM

This is when:

 the on-field action is happening. Teams will be competing throughout the day, troubleshooting in the pits, and putting months of design and engineering work to the test.

Friday,

 December 12 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Teams will:

 be on site for practice runs, field testing, and setup. This is a quieter window if you want a closer look at how students prepare and problem-solve before competition day.

You:

 are very welcome to drop in at either time, but if you are interested in seeing the most on-field action, Saturday’s competition day is the best option.

Your:

 support is what makes this program possible. It provides our students with the opportunity to design, build, and compete in an environment that feels very much like a sport for engineering, and it continues to raise the profile of STEM and skilled trades within

 our schools.
