Licence Status:
 Indicates that this person is a current licence holder and is licensed to practice engineering in the province of Ontario
Licence Status Description:
 Describes a specific PEO status of licence, E.g. Revoked, Suspended, Lapsed.
Date of 1st licensure with PEO:
Date licence was first issued
Designation:
 The title "Consulting Engineer" is a protected title under the regulations to the Professional Engineers Act and may only be used by persons so designated by PEO Council.

Degree:
 As it appears on original transcript (Diploma, Diplom, Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in Engineering )

 Name of the institution at time of licensure

* Do not report anticipated graduation dates of degrees yet to be earned.
Verification Status:
 “Verified by PEO” means an official transcript has been reviewed and verified by PEO.
“Member Reported” means that a transcript has not been authenticated.
PEO does not authenticate degrees granted after licensing.
* Members may add post licensure degrees in the Member's Area of PEO's website. Disciplinary action may result if a member is found to have furnished false information concerning his/her academic qualifications.
